Peanut Chili Chicken Rice Noodles

Rice noodles with grilled chicken, peanut-chili sauce, herbs and a glossy orange dipping sauce.

Method

  1. Cook or warm the rice and season it lightly.
  2. Prepare the protein or vegetables in a hot pan until golden.
  3. Build the bowl with rice first, then sauce, toppings and herbs.
  4. Finish with acid, sesame, chili oil or fresh herbs.
