Salmon Tartare Board

A salmon tartare board with crisp toasts, chives, radish, dark glaze and white wine energy.

Método

  1. Keep the tartare and seafood very cold until service.
  2. Toast bread at 400°F / 205°C for 7–9 minutes until crisp.
  3. Season the tartare just before plating and place burrata, shrimp or sides around it.
  4. Finish with lemon, herbs, oil and flaky salt, then serve immediately.

Servir con

Serving suggestion: pair with chilled sake, Champagne or a crisp mineral white wine.
