Yellow Table Tartare, Octopus & Grapes

A full hosting table with beef tartare, octopus over avocado cream, roasted grapes, prosciutto and toasted bread.

Método

  1. Keep the tartare and seafood very cold until service.
  2. Toast bread at 400°F / 205°C for 7–9 minutes until crisp.
  3. Season the tartare just before plating and place burrata, shrimp or sides around it.
  4. Finish with lemon, herbs, oil and flaky salt, then serve immediately.

Servir con

Serve as a centerpiece with chilled orange wine or dry bubbles.
