Charred Tofu Udon with Basil

Chewy udon tossed with charred tofu, onions, sesame and basil for a fast glossy dinner bowl.

Method

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and rinse or drain well.
  2. Sear the protein or vegetables in a hot pan until golden.
  3. Toss noodles with sauce until glossy and well coated.
  4. Finish with herbs, lime, sesame or chili.
