Chili Chicken Cabbage Rice

Grilled chicken over seasoned rice and cabbage with green onion and chili crisp.

Method

  1. Cook or warm the rice and season it lightly.
  2. Prepare the protein or vegetables in a hot pan until golden.
  3. Build the bowl with rice first, then sauce, toppings and herbs.
  4. Finish with acid, sesame, chili oil or fresh herbs.
