Steak Tartare, Burrata & Shrimp Table

Method

  1. Keep the tartare and seafood very cold until service.
  2. Toast bread at 400°F / 205°C for 7–9 minutes until crisp.
  3. Season the tartare just before plating and place burrata, shrimp or sides around it.
  4. Finish with lemon, herbs, oil and flaky salt, then serve immediately.

Serving suggestion: place it at the center of the table with bread, chilled glasses and one simple side.
