Hummus Vegetable Wrap

A fast vegetable wrap with hummus, cucumber, peppers, tomato and red onion.

Method

  1. Warm tortillas briefly so they fold without tearing.
  2. Spread hummus or sauce across the center.
  3. Layer vegetables tightly and season with salt, acid and heat.
  4. Roll firmly, slice and serve immediately.
