Beef Carpaccio Salad

Thin beef over greens with shaved parmesan, mushrooms, chives and balsamic glaze.

Method

  1. Prep and chill the vegetables so the salad stays crisp.
  2. Whisk the dressing with oil, acid, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss just before serving so the textures stay sharp.
