Seared Tuna & Oysters Rockefeller Table

A seafood hosting spread with sesame tuna, baked oysters, green onion and creamy sauce.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 450°F / 230°C and set oysters on a stable baking tray.
  2. Top oysters with spinach cream and breadcrumbs, then bake 8–10 minutes.
  3. Coat tuna with sesame and sear over high heat for 45–60 seconds per side.
  4. Slice tuna and serve with the hot oysters, green onion and sauce.

Serve with Champagne, dry cider or a cold saline white wine.
