Devilled Eggs with Chives & Paprika

Classic devilled eggs styled as a graphic black-plate appetizer with chives, paprika and clean symmetry.

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 10–11 minutes, then chill in ice water before peeling.
  2. Halve the eggs and mix yolks with mayo, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pipe or spoon the filling back into the whites.
  4. Finish with chives, paprika and a little black pepper.

Serving suggestion: place it at the center of the table with bread, chilled glasses and one simple side.
