Leek Corn Flatbread

A crisp flatbread layered with melted cheese, charred leeks, corn and red onion.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 450°F / 230°C and warm a sheet pan or stone.
  2. Dress the flatbread with sauce, cheese and toppings.
  3. Bake for 9–12 minutes until crisp and bubbling.
  4. Finish with oil, herbs or chili and slice immediately.

Serve it with

Cut into small wedges and serve as an apero plate with a sharp white wine.
