Oysters with Salmon Avocado Plate

Method

  1. Keep oysters on ice and prepare the salmon-avocado plate cold.
  2. Whip or spread the avocado cream on the plate.
  3. Add smoked salmon, lemon, chives and seasoning.
  4. Open oysters just before serving and keep everything very cold.
