Pesto Chili Flatbread

A crisp flatbread with pesto, melted cheese, tomato, salami, green onion and chili oil.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 450°F / 230°C and warm a sheet pan or stone.
  2. Dress the flatbread with sauce, cheese and toppings.
  3. Bake for 9–12 minutes until crisp and bubbling.
  4. Finish with oil, herbs or chili and slice immediately.

Serving suggestion: finish with fresh herbs, a little acid and something cold to drink.
